Managers can’t read minds! That’s why Self-Leadership works perfectly in conjunction with Situational Leadership II. While SLII teaches the concept of situational leadership from a manager’s perspective, Self-Leadership focuses on the individual contributors. Set your own SMART goals and diagnose who to “manage up” so your manager knows what you need based on a skill or task. This course is recommended for employees whose managers have been through SLII. Additional costs from Ken Blan hard Companies apply. This course is approximately 1 ½ hours.
